Insulated Foundation Rafts
IFRs are high density polystyrene rafts, that together with reinforced concrete deliver an engineered thermally-eficient foundation.
IFRs utilise the thermal mass of concrete by absorbing and retaining heat when the building is warm. This heat is released back into the building as it cools, to maintain a more constant temperature and a comfortable environment.
